Nowra-SRA Southern.IML Pathology is a customer-focused organisation committed to providing a quality service to medical practitioners, clinics, hospitals, patients and the local community.

Southern.IML Pathology employs client service co-ordinators who make regular visits to our referring practitioners and their staff to assist them with any aspect of our service and to address any problems or concerns they may have. 

This communication is very important in maintaining a quality service, which not only meets our customers needs and expectations but also continues to develop new initiatives that can better service our medical community into the future.

Southern.IML Pathology has a dedicated customer feedback line - Freecall: 1800 630 250. In all of our collecting centres we exhibit customer feedback cards; giving our patients an opportunity to comment and rate our service and standards. All customer feedback is actioned and recorded by a special system called the "treasure" system. This system captures all customer complaints, concerns, compliments and any suggestions for improvement, and is regularly reviewed by a service quality council.
